Companies can restrict certain areas at their sites using time constraints

This week it was revealed many radical measures have been contemplated including shutting down the national police college at Tulliallan. The suggestion to close the college, which trains Scotland’s police officers, was put forward by the Scottish Police Services Authority. One insider said: “One idea was to temporarily close the Scottish Police College at Tulliallan but we were not permitted to progress that. It raises concerns about the future of Scotland's single police force.”
